Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live with the help of TNT Express.  We deliver to hundreds of customers across Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of customer service to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 days before despatch is completed. We require this time to verify, tailor, quality check and package your Zippi safely. All orders are sent to the shipping courier within 24 hours after the order is placed.

2. Shipping time: After processing and leaving our Zippi headquarters, items will be shipped with the applicable shipping courier and a tracking number will be provided. Delivery will take a minimum of 4 days (capital cities) to 12 days (rural/remote) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, trust us, your Zippi will be worth any wait.

*** Exclusions: We are unable to accept PO Boxes for delivery, a roadside delivery address must be provided and verified prior to item despatch.

*** International Shipping: Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to ship internationally.
