Official terms and conditions governing the Zippi × AUSX Supercross VIP Trip for 2 competition. Promotion period: 1–30 September 2026.
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Electric Bike Distribution Pty Ltd ABN 29 643 696 404, trading as Zippi Electric Bikes ("Zippi", "we", "us").

Competition Period
The competition opens at 12:00 AM AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 September 2026. Purchases made outside this period do not qualify for entry.
The draw will take place in October 2026. The exact draw date will be announced on Zippi's social media channels.
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Australia. There is no minimum age requirement; however, entrants under 18 years of age should have parental or guardian consent to enter.
The following persons are not eligible:
- Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of Electric Bike Distribution Pty Ltd or any related entity
- Immediate family members (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling) of the above
How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the draw, complete a purchase of any Zippi Electric Bike from zippielectric.com during the Promotion Period. No additional action is required.
- Each order placed during the Promotion Period receives one (1) entry, regardless of the number of bikes in that order.
- All payment methods qualify: full payment, Laybuy, Afterpay, Zip, Shop Pay, and all other options available at checkout.
- For layby orders, the entry is recorded at the time the initial deposit is received and the order is confirmed during the Promotion Period.
- Purchases of accessories, spare parts, or non-bike products do not qualify.
- Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded will be removed from the draw.
The Prize
There is one (1) prize available. The prize is a VIP Trip for 1 adult and 1 child to the AUSX Open Supercross — Geelong Round, Saturday 7 November 2026.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize must be taken as offered.
The child travelling must be the winner's own child or a child for whom the winner holds legal guardianship or parental responsibility.
The winner and their child must be available to travel on the specified dates. Zippi is not responsible for costs arising from the winner's inability to travel. If the Geelong Round is cancelled or postponed by AUSX for reasons outside Zippi's control, a substitute prize of equivalent value may be offered at Zippi's discretion.
Draw & Notification
The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw from all valid entries, conducted in October 2026 under independent supervision.
The winner will be:
- Contacted directly via the email address used at the time of purchase
- Required to respond within 5 business days of notification — failure to respond may result in a redraw
- Announced publicly on Zippi's social media channels (first name and suburb/city only, unless the winner consents to further identification)
Zippi's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw outcome.
Privacy
By participating, entrants consent to Electric Bike Distribution Pty Ltd collecting and using their personal information (name, contact details, order information) for the purpose of administering this competition, announcing the winner, and complying with applicable laws.
Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law, or to the prize supplier (AUSX / event organiser) for prize fulfilment. All information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Zippi's Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
- Zippi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information.
- Zippi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its control, including technical failure, fraud, or changes to the AUSX Geelong Round.
- Zippi accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failure, network errors, or causes outside its reasonable control.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or any other digital platform.
- By entering, participants release all promotional platforms from any liability arising from this promotion.
- This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and territory laws of Australia.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
