The Zippi Rippa actually comes in three different wheel and frame sizes, the 12" which is designed for children 2-6 and the 16" which is designed for 6 to 10 years old and the 20" (this page) which is designed for 9-15 years old.

Shipping costs: Shipping varies by location for our bike deliveries. For the ACT, the cost is $39.99 per bike, while in NSW and QLD, it's $99.99 per bike. In the NT and WA, shipping is $129.99 per bike. SA has a rate of $69.99 per bike, and in VIC, it's $49.99 per bike. TAS enjoys free shipping. All orders are dispatched with TNT Express.
Returns and refunds: Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for change of mind. You have 7 days after the delivery date to report any issues with your Zippi product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. You can apply for a return by filling out the form located here. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Warranty: All parts on your Zippi are covered under the Manufacturers Warranty for 12 months and are replaceable free of charge if there is a part that has failed due to a manufacturing defect or problem. Refer to our Warranty page for more information.
An introduction to e-Drive Technology
Probably one of the most exciting developments for kids electric bikes has been e-Drive Tech, this allows us to have the motor and drive assembly within the rear wheel so that there are no other moving parts. This eliminates most maintenance, wear and tear and adjustments that are normally required as we do not need a chain, external motor or any of the extra parts that the traditional bike had. This means a longer lasting bike that is totally silent and as we can build the motor in the wheel we can have higher torque and top speeds which makes the bike more responsive and smoother to use.

Removable and Replaceable Battery
While the Zippi Rippa runs a high quality Lithium Ion Battery, everyone knows that batteries can be a pain, especially if they are fiddly to remove or not replaceable. The Zippi Rippa e-Drive Balance bike has an easy to remove battery so that you can run one after the other or replace if necessary.
Flat Battery... No Problem
While the Zippi Rippa has great battery life, there does come a time that everything must be charged. This however is a little different on the Rippa, it can free-wheel once flat which means you can still push it along like a Balance bike and get back to the car or find a charger!
