Zippi Ride battery replacement
Batteries don't last forever. Here's the safe way to swap one out on the Zippi Ride 10".

Safety notes
Never short the battery terminals. Don't drop the battery — even a small dent in the casing can cause issues. If the old battery is swollen, damaged, or has been involved in any kind of impact, contact us before handling it. Old batteries should go to a proper battery recycling drop-off — most Australian council depots accept them.
Need more help? Check our full bike manual or contact us if your bike isn't holding charge — sometimes the issue is the charger, not the battery.
